Ajay Rawat

Ajay Rawat has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Ajay currently serves as the Head of R&D at Tatva Chintan Pharma Chem Limited since July 2019. Prior to this role, they held the position of Deputy General Manager at Ipca Laboratories Limited from October 2014 to July 2019. Before that, they worked as an Assistant General Manager at STERLING Biotech Ltd. from February 2007 to October 2014. Ajay also has experience as a Deputy Manager at Unichem Laboratories Limited from July 2005 to February 2007. Ajay began their career as a Research Scientist at Mylan formerly Merck KGaA in August 1997 and remained there until July 2005. Additionally, they worked as a Research Associate at Wockhardt Ltd. from August 1997 to August 1998, and at Lupin Pharmaceuticals from August 1994 to August 1997.

Ajay completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry from Dr Hari Singh Gaur Vishwavidyalaya in 1992.

Afterwards, they pursued a Master's degree in Organic Chemistry from Dr. Harisingh Gaur Vishwavidyalaya, Sagar, from 1992 to 1994.

Further, they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Organic Chemistry from Mumbai University, Mumbai, between the years 2007 and 2012.

Additionally, in 1988-1989, they attended Kendriya Vidyalaya and studied Organic Chemistry as part of their 12th grade.
