Nilesh Parekh

Nilesh Parekh has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Nilesh is currently working as Vice President of Human Resources at Tatva Chintan Pharma Chem Ltd since October 2022. Before this, they served as the General Manager of Human Resources at HLE Glascoat Limited from January 2019 to October 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Assistant General Manager of Human Resources at Coromandel International Limited from October 2013 to January 2019. Nilesh also worked as AGM-TQM & OE at Larsen & Toubro Limited from October 2010 to October 2013 and as Senior Manager of HR at Reliance from October 2007 to October 2010. Nilesh began their career as a Manager of HR at Atul Limited in September 2002 and worked there until October 2007.

Nilesh Parekh completed their Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Mumbai from 1992 to 1994. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B Sc) degree in Statistics from Sardar Patel University, Vallabh Vidyanagar, during the period of 1988 to 1991. Nilesh Parekh's education journey began with their completion of 12th Science from kalyani School Atul Valsad, spanning from 1986 to 1988.
