Axel Oehlers

Axel Oehlers is an experienced finance professional currently serving as VP of Finance at TAU Systems since January 2024. Oehlers is also a Founding Member of The F Suite, an exclusive peer community for CFOs, fostering knowledge-sharing and support. Prior to these roles, Oehlers was the Chief Financial Officer at AutoFi, contributing to a successful C-round financing of $85M and oversight of financial operations and reporting. Previous experience includes serving as CFO at VDM Metals USA, where Oehlers managed financial planning and strategic initiatives, and as President/CFO at automotiveMastermind, leading corporate finance during a significant growth phase. Oehlers holds a Diplom Wirtschaftsingenieur from Stuttgart Media University.
