Catalin Neacsu

Catalin Neacsu is the Vice President of Business Development at TAU Systems, focusing on laser-driven accelerators and advanced light sources since August 2023. Previously, Catalin served as the Director of Sales and Business Development at Amplitude Laser Group from April 2017 to July 2023, and as Marketing Director at Femtolasers Produktions GmbH from October 2012 to March 2017. Catalin also held roles at Femtolasers Produktions, including Sales and Application Manager in 2009, and worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Washington from 2007 to 2009. Catalin completed a Ph.D. in Physics at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin from 2003 to 2008, and obtained two MBAs in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and Technische Universität Wien between 2012 and 2014.
