Jerome Paye

Jerome Paye currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at TAU Systems, focusing on the development and commercialization of compact particle accelerators and specialized X-ray free-electron lasers since January 2022. Prior to this role, Jerome Paye held multiple positions at Achates Power, including Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, where responsibilities encompassed the management of engine design and development programs. Jerome Paye's earlier experience includes significant roles at Renault, overseeing electric vehicle engineering and product upgrades for key vehicle lines, as well as at Ford Motor Company, where program management for the Mustang line was a highlight. Jerome Paye's career began at the French Atomic Energy Commission as a Project Manager, with a strong academic background in Physics and Engineering from prestigious institutions, including École Polytechnique and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
