Tau
Karim Kaddeche started their work experience in 1994 as a Software Developer at ESRI. In 1997, they co-founded GeoMicro, Inc. and served as the CTO until 2012. From 2012 to 2016, Karim worked at Descartes Systems Group as the Director of Product Management. In 2016, they co-founded L2 Drive, Inc. and served as the CTO until 2020. Currently, Karim is working at Tau as the VP of Research and Development.
Karim Kaddeche pursued a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Aided Design from Colorado State University. Karim attended the university from 1986 to 1992.

Tau
Tau is a software development tool and methodology that advances the entire development market by enabling people and groups to automatically generate provably correct software from their collective agreement. Users simply say their software desires in human readable languages instead of code. Tau detects their agreement which acts as the programspecification, and automatically generates the correct software.Tau Net is a free and open-source decentralized network that leverages Tau technology, whereby all users effectively govern the network itself.
