Anthony Heil

AJ Heil has diverse work experience ranging from talent and people management to admissions counseling and therapy. Anthony (AJ) started their career at Gold Mountain Homeowner's Association as a Maintenance Technician, before working as a Busser/Customer Service at Grizzly Bar & Grill. Anthony (AJ) then gained experience as a Neurobiofeedback Intern at Beacon House and as a Front End Cashier at Costco Wholesale. AJ later served as a Marriage/Family Therapist Trainee at Scotts Valley Counseling Center, where they provided therapeutic support to individuals. Anthony (AJ) also worked as a Master's Admissions Counselor at Palo Alto University / Pacific Graduate School of Psychology, handling student data and coordinating admissions processes. Since 2017, AJ has been with Taulia Inc., where they have held various roles including Talent Operations Intern, Talent Operations Coordinator, and Talent Acquisition Specialist/People Operations Support. Currently, they hold the position of Talent and People Lead, overseeing talent and HR-related functions at the company.

AJ Heil completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Development from California State University, Monterey Bay in 2013. Anthony (AJ) then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from Palo Alto University, which they completed in 2016.
