Heather Guptill

Heather Guptill is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and human resources. Currently serving as Managing Director at Buff Hair & Beauty Limited since July 2018, Heather oversees a range of hair, beauty, and nail services aimed at enhancing client wellness. In addition, Heather has been managing events and projects through Heather Guptill Event and Project Management since February 2017. As an HR Administrator at Tauranga City Council since June 2015, Heather has been involved in various HR functions, including recruitment and learning and development. Previously, Heather held the position of HR Manager at the New Zealand Electoral Commission, focusing on recruitment, payroll, and accounts. Heather is a graduate of BOP Polytechnic.
