Michelle Parnell

Michelle Parnell is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project coordination, governance, and administration within various organizations. Currently serving as a Project Coordinator at Tauranga City Council since November 2020, Michelle previously held roles such as Planning Administrator at Hayson Knell, where responsibilities included managing resource consent applications, and Governance Advisor for Western Bay of Plenty District Council, providing governance advice for numerous committees.
