Rhulani Mothelesi, PrEng, CMEngNZ, is a seasoned engineering professional specializing in traffic and transportation engineering with extensive experience in senior roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Traffic and Safety Engineer at Tauranga City Council since August 2023, Rhulani previously worked as a Senior Traffic Engineer at Stantec and a Senior Traffic and Transport Engineer at Bloxam Burnett & Olliver. Earlier experience includes positions at Novus³, Siyazi Transportation & Services, and Aurecon, where roles encompassed traffic and transport engineering as well as civil engineering. Rhulani holds an Honours degree in Transportation Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering, both from the University of Pretoria.
