Rebecca Howells

Rebecca Howells possesses extensive experience in financial accounting, having served in various roles at Tauranga City Council since February 2003, including Senior Financial Accountant, Systems Accountant, Business Services Accountant, Management Accountant, and Assistant Management Accountant. Earlier in their career, Rebecca held a temporary position as Conference and Travel Administrator at Avon in early 2001 and worked as an Accounting Officer (Management) and Office Services Assistant at Tauranga City Council from October 1996 to November 2000. Academically, Rebecca earned a Bachelor of Business Analysis with a major in Accounting from The University of Waikato between 2009 and 2016, and previously completed a Diploma in Environmental Studies at Bay of Plenty Polytechnic from 1994 to 1995. Education was initiated at Roade Comprehensive School in Northamptonshire, England, from 1985 to 1992.
