Sarah Calder

Sarah Calder is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in systems analysis and coordination. Currently serving as HR Systems Lead at Tauranga City Council since September 2022, Sarah previously held the roles of People & Capability Systems Analyst and People & Capability Coordinator at Ballance Agri-Nutrients Ltd from September 2018 to September 2022. Prior experience includes positions as HR Coordinator at Orora and Office Manager at SLI Systems, as well as Client Services Manager at BECK & CAUL. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies, both from the University of Canterbury.
