Sershin Iyer

Sershin Iyer is a seasoned Senior Project Manager currently leading the Civic Development Team at Tauranga City Council since March 2023. Previously, Sershin served as an Associate at WARREN AND MAHONEY from November 2018 to March 2023, acting as the in-studio lead for the Tauranga studio. Key projects include the Sershin Puna Manawa library fitout and significant contributions during tenure as Project Lead and Senior Architectural Technician at Ignite Architects Limited from April 2016 to November 2018, as well as various roles in architectural design and management across multiple firms, including Boogertman + Partners Architects, dbm Architects, and Ruben Reddy Architects. Sershin holds a BTech in Architecture and an NDip in Architectural Technology from Durban University of Technology.
