Willem Jordaan is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in various accounting and financial management roles. Currently serving as the Financial Systems Lead at Tauranga City Council since April 2023, Willem previously held the position of Senior Accountant at BDO in New Zealand, overseeing comprehensive financial management for clients and engaging in investigative reports and financial analysis. As Co-Founder of The Fun Accountant, Willem focused on making accounting accessible and enjoyable for business owners, while also facilitating the transition to online accounting systems. As Director at MUNRO ACCOUNTANCY, expertise was provided in traditional accounting services, software solutions, and client advisory engagements. Prior experience includes roles as Financial Manager at Henrose Plastics and Senior Accountant at PKF (PE) Inc., along with early career work as an Accounting Clerk at GVR Accountants.
