Yasheen Bissoon

Yasheen Bissoon is an experienced Civil Engineer and Project Manager with a strong background in managing large-scale civil projects and contracts. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Tauranga City Council since January 2023, Yasheen previously worked at Tonic Civil Consulting Limited as a Civil Engineer, where responsibilities included contract management, design review, and stakeholder liaison on major projects such as the Te Maunga Landward Outfall and Waiari Trunk Watermains.
