Andrew Sannes is an accomplished finance professional and attorney with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and strategic advisory. Currently, Andrew serves as the Founder and Managing Partner of AJS Stable Capital, LLC, and as a member of the Board of Advisors for Elexa Consumer Products and BizWatt LLC. Andrew's previous roles include Managing Director and Owner of Taureau Group, LLC, and Managing Director positions at XLCS Partners, Inc. and Corporate Finance Associates. As a co-founder of GimmeAnother, LLC, and former corporate lawyer at Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP and Cheng Cohen LLC, Andrew's background includes a robust legal foundation complemented by training in financial modeling and valuation.
