Magdalena Uliniarz

Magdalena Uliniarz currently serves as the Head of Research and Development at Grupa TAURON, where responsibilities include the development and implementation of new products and services, evaluation of innovative projects, and project portfolio management in distributed generation. Additionally, Magdalena holds the title of Internal Trainer in Design Thinking and is involved in networking efforts. Prior experience includes a role as an Expert on B.D. and Investment Projects at ENERGOPROJEKT-KATOWICE SA, focusing on market analysis, public speaking, and training initiatives, along with involvement in technical consulting and project management for various power plants. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. and a Master of Science in Energy and Environmental Engineering from The Silesian University of Technology.
