Johan Droz

Johan Droz has been working in the tech industry since 2008. Johan began their career with two internships at EMVs - Sion and Sionic SA as an Electronic Engineer. In 2016, they joined ELCA Informatique SA / ELCA Informatik AG as a Software Engineer and completed a Master Thesis with them. In 2018, they began freelancing as a Software Engineer and in 2020 they joined Taurus SA as a Senior DevOps Engineer and Lead Software Engineer.

Johan Droz studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the École des métiers du Valais from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a CFC + Maturité professionnelle technique. Johan then attended HES-SO Valais from 2009 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science HES-SO in Systems Engineering, majoring in Infotronics. From 2012 to 2013, they attended English Language Company to study English Language. Finally, they earned a Master's degree in Computer Science from EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) from 2013 to 2016.
