Barbara Bouman

Barbara Bouman has extensive experience in geotechnics and related fields, currently serving as a Geotechnical Consultant at Tauw bv since November 2009, where collaboration across various disciplines is emphasized. Prior roles include Project Assistant in Water Engineering at Fugro (January 2008 - September 2009), where expertise in geotechnics and hydraulic engineering was developed, and Geophysical Assistant at Groundtracer in 2007, focusing on geophysical measurement equipment in collaboration with archaeologists. Early career experiences also include GIS work at the Municipality of Apeldoorn in 2006 and conducting research on micro-climatic changes due to deforestation in Bolivia at IBIF (2005-2006). Barbara Bouman holds a Master of Science in Geology, specializing in Biogeology, from Utrecht University.
