Esther Snepvangers

Esther Snepvangers is a seasoned professional currently serving as Programme Manager for Climate Adaptation and Energy Transition at Koninklijke NLingenieurs since April 2022. In this role, Esther has been instrumental in knowledge sharing within the industry through workshops and events, engaging stakeholders and government to address sector challenges, and shaping sustainability visions. Previously, Esther held the position of Sustainability, Energy Transition, and Climate Adaptation Advisor at Tauw Nederland, focusing on municipal transition visions and national policy monitoring. Earlier experience includes roles at Nederlandse Spoorwegen, M&I/Partners, and Sissy-Boy, alongside leadership positions in various student organizations. Esther holds a Master’s degree in Global Business & Sustainability from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Natural Sciences and Innovation Management from Utrecht University.
