Pursenk Aras has extensive experience in software development and IT consulting. They started their career in 2002 at Bilginc IT Academy as a Consultant and Instructor, where they worked until 2010. In 2005, they joined OMSAN Lojistik as a Development Team Leader (Consultant) until 2008. They then worked at Petrol Ofisi as a Project Manager (Consultant) from 2008 to 2010. In 2010, Pursenk joined YKB as a Software IT Architect until 2011. Currently, they are employed at TAV Technologies, where they have held roles such as Deputy Software Development Manager, Software Development Manager, and currently as Software Development Director since 2021.
Pursenk Aras obtained a Bachelor's degree from Dokuz Eylul University from 1998 to 2002. In 2002, Pursenk also achieved a certification called "Train the Trainer." Pursenk further expanded their educational background by obtaining various certifications. These certifications include "Oracle Certified Associate PL SQL Developer" from Oracle in 2006, "Sun Certified Java Programmer" from Sun Microsystems in 2008, "Sun Certified Web Component Developer" and "Sun Certified Business Component Developer" from Sun Microsystems in 2009. Pursenk then earned the "Project Management Professional" certification from the Project Management Institute in 2013, as well as the "Professional Scrum Master PSM 1" certification from Scrum.org, also in 2013. Finally, Pursenk obtained the "ITIL Foundation" certification in January 2016. Pursenk continued their education by enrolling at Bahcesehir University for an Executive MBA from 2020 to 2021.
