Chris Gandolfo

Chris Gandolfo has over 25 years of work experience in the real estate development industry. Chris currently serves as the Senior Vice President at the Tavistock Development Company since March 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President at the same company from January 2019 to November 2022. Before joining Tavistock, Chris worked at Swire Properties Inc. as a Senior Vice President from August 1998 to January 2019. In this role, they were responsible for managing complex projects in the US and China, including the Brickell City Centre Development. Chris began their career as a Project Manager at Paragon Construction, Inc. / Golden Bear International from July 1996 to July 1998.

Chris Gandolfo began their education by pursuing undergraduate studies at the University of Florida from 1981 to 1984. Afterward, from 1984 to 1985, they attended Florida International University, where they obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Construction Engineering. Later, from 1991 to 1992, Chris pursued a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Real Estate Development at Nova Southeastern University.
