Dan Byrnes

Dan Byrnes has a diversified work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Since June 2022, they have been working as the Chief Financial Officer at Tavistock Development Company. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Finance at the same company, from May 2015 to June 2022. From January 2011 to May 2015, they served as the Associate Director of Finance at Tavistock Development Company.

Before joining Tavistock Development Company, Dan worked as an Account Executive at CapitalSource Bank from November 2009 to December 2010. Prior to that, they held the position of Assistant Vice President at Thomas D. Wood & Co., from August 2007 to July 2009. Dan also worked as an Analyst at Isola & Associates from May 2004 to July 2007, and as a Development Coordinator at TRA Development, LLC during the same period.

Dan Byrnes completed their education in Finance and Real Estate at the University of Florida and obtained both an MSRE and a BSBA degree from there. Dan attended the university from 1999 to 2004. Additionally, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance, with a focus on General Finance, at the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business during the same time period.
