Jodee Johnson

JoDee Johnson currently serves as the Sr Director of Design and Construction at Tavistock Restaurant Collection, overseeing all aspects of restaurant design and construction from preliminary stages to opening. Prior to this role, JoDee held the position of Senior Director of Design, Construction & Facilities at Benihana, managing design and construction initiatives for multiple brands including RA Sushi and Haru Sushi. JoDee's experience also includes directorial roles at Ivy Helix Inc, Marco's Pizza, and Ruby Tuesday, with a foundation in brand management and project management at Darden Restaurants and DP3 Architects, where involvement spanned a variety of well-known restaurant brands. Academically, JoDee holds a Master's degree in Architecture from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Lawrence Technological University.
