Katie Bouton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, diversity, and human capital. Currently serving as an Entrepreneur in Residence at The Boston Foundation, Katie focuses on business equity initiatives for BIPOC entrepreneurs. As a Managing Partner at TAVO and a Mentor at Harvard Innovation Labs, Katie fosters innovation and mentorship in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Previously, as President of Diversified Search Group, Katie managed numerous mergers and acquisitions while emphasizing strategic vision and continuity. Katie founded Koya Partners, a human capital consulting firm dedicated to diversity and inclusion, and has held key roles in various organizations including as a Human Resources Manager at Children First and a Generalist at Edelman Public Relations. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in English and Women's Studies from the University of New Hampshire, a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Towson University, and a fellowship at Harvard University's Advanced Leadership Initiative.
