Salman Elmi

Salman Elmi has a diverse work experience, primarily in entrepreneurship and marketing. Salman is the founder and head of product at Tavolo since 2018. Salman co-founded Top Figure in 2017, an e-commerce community that aims to empower entrepreneurs of color. Additionally, they were the CEO and founder of First Web Group, a web agency specialized in building mobile friendly websites. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Salman worked as the marketing director at Metro Schools College Prep and as a marketing intern at Schnitker Law Office, P.A. Salman also served as a project manager at SRS Web Solutions, Inc, where they coordinated a team of remote web developers. Currently, Salman is the managing partner at Noma Capital, a venture capital firm focused on funding African diaspora founders and women minority entrepreneurs.
