Ibere Parussolo

Ibere Parussolo has extensive work experience in the electrical industry. Ibere started their career with ABB in 2002, where they held various roles including Trainee, Product Specialist, Project Manager, and Engineering Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for product promotion, homologation, localization, and technical support. Ibere also led projects related to factory localization, competence mapping, and workforce allocation.

In 2013, Parussolo joined Tavrida Electric as the Managing Director in Brazil. Ibere played a crucial role in setting up the company's operations in the country, including construction, product development, and operational management. Ibere successfully implemented strategies to generate recurrent demands and expand business with key players in the energy industry.

Throughout their career, Parussolo has demonstrated their expertise in managing projects, developing business strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Ibere Parussolo pursued their education with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Anhanguera Educacional, between the years 2004 and 2008. Ibere later pursued a Postgraduate degree in Project Management from Fundação Vanzolini, from 2009 to 2011.
