Katya Soldevilla Raffo

Katya Soldevilla Raffo is an experienced HR professional specializing in talent attraction and selection. Currently serving as Supervisor de Atracción de Talento at Tawa Perú since April 2022, Katya previously held the position of Senior Talent Attraction Consultant. Prior experience includes team leadership roles at Somos RCS, where Katya directed selection teams and managed various recruitment processes, and contributing to talent attraction initiatives at TASA, a subsidiary of Grupo BRECA.
