Mark Courtney

Mark Courtney is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as General Manager International, Legal and Regulatory at TAWAL since May 2021. Previously, Mark held the position of Chief Legal Officer at Virgin Mobile Middle East & Africa from December 2018 to December 2020 and served as Head of Legal for Emerging Markets at VEON from November 2016 to June 2018. Mark's background includes a significant tenure at Eseye Limited as a Director, where the focus was on M2M connectivity, and a role as General Counsel at Thuraya Telecommunications Company.
