Mahmoud Ahmed began their work experience in 2013 as a Warehouse Manager at int-const, where they held the position until 2018. In 2018, they joined Tawfiqia.com as the Chief Business Development Officer, where they currently work.

Mahmoud Ahmed obtained their Bachelor's degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from Helwan University Cairo, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2001, they attended Ahmed Zewil Language School, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce - BCom degree with a focus on foreign trade.
