Linda Beal

Linda Beal is an experienced tax professional who currently serves as an independent non-executive director at Tax Systems. Linda has previously held senior positions at Grant Thornton, where they were a tax partner and global leader for energy and natural resources, and at Kropz plc, where they were a non-executive director and audit committee chair.

Beal has over 25 years of experience working with energy and natural resources companies, providing advice on tax efficient group structures, transactions and financing. Linda has worked with clients in Africa, Russia, the CIS and other regions, and has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by companies operating in these markets.

At Tax Systems, Beal is responsible for providing independent oversight of the company's financial statements and ensuring that they comply with applicable regulations. Linda also chairs the audit committee, which is responsible for overseeing the financial reporting process and ensuring that the company's accounting practices are in line with best practices.

Linda Beal's educational career began at Horsham High School. Linda then continued their education at the University of Nottingham.
