Ryan Groves has a diverse work experience in the software industry. Ryan began their career as a Software Engineer at Arthur Andersen in 1999 and worked there until 2002. Ryan then joined Vertex Inc. as a Sr Software Engineer from 2002 to 2005. Ryan then moved to Tax Technologies, Inc., where they held various positions including Sr Software Engineer from 2005 to 2010, Software Development Manager from 2010 to 2015, and finally as a Senior Manager in Software Application Development from 2015 until present. In 2021, they joined Deloitte as a Senior Manager in Tax Automation Consulting.
Ryan Groves completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree with a major in Accounting at the University of Central Florida from 1994 to 1999. Ryan then pursued further education at the University of South Florida from 1999 to 2001, where they obtained a second Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) with an emphasis in Software Programming. In addition to their academic qualifications, Ryan Groves has also earned the Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in August 2022.
