Lindsey Argalas

Lindsey Argalas is currently the COO at TaxBit. Prior to this, they were the CEO of Consumer Solutions at PagoNxt, a Santander company. Lindsey has also held the position of Chief Digital & Innovation Officer and Senior EVP at Banco Santander, where they were responsible for the digital channel, payments, blockchain/crypto, data/AI, new growth ventures, and related public policy. In addition, they are the Chairwoman of Mouro Capital, overseeing a $400M venture capital fund that has invested in 36 Fintechs in the US, Europe, Latam, and Israel. Her previous experience also includes serving as the SVP and Chief of Staff to the Chairman & CEO at Intuit and as a Principal at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Prior to their work in the private sector, they served as a Commerce Department official at the US Embassy in Bangkok.

Lindsey Argalas has a B.A. in International Relations and Spanish from Duke University, an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, and an MS in International Business Diplomacy from Georgetown University.
