Rebecca Crossan has held various roles in different companies such as TaxCalc, Sally Salon Services, NetDespatch Limited, and Hotcake Marketing. With a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from the University of Bedfordshire, Rebecca has gained experience in roles ranging from Marketing Internship to Product Owner and Senior Business Analyst. At NetDespatch, Rebecca was responsible for documenting customers' high level requirements and gathering detailed acceptance criteria for the agile engineering team to work from. At Hotcake Marketing, Rebecca assisted the managing director with research and proposals for various campaigns, project coordination, briefing, proofreading, and other administrative duties.
