Luca Leanza

Luca Leanza is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in fintech and operations management. Currently serving as the Managing Director and Operations Manager at TaXchange since November 2021, Luca plays a pivotal role in advancing a digital ecosystem for tax claims in Italy. Previously, as a Project Portfolio Manager at TXC Markets, Luca contributed to the development of innovative P2P fintech technologies and AI-driven trading solutions for illiquid debt markets. Earlier experience includes a role as a Junior Operations and Software Developer, focusing on asset management platforms and credit analysis, as well as internships at ACIMAC and UCIMA. Luca holds a Master of Science in Finance from Università Bocconi and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from the Università di Modena e Reggio Emilia.
