Ben Jongbloedt

Ben Jongbloedt is a Principal Software Engineer at TaxCloud since October 2023. Prior to that, they were the Owner of Jongbloedt Consulting LLC starting from March 2023. Before their consulting business, they served as a Senior Software Engineer at Nice Healthcare from February 2022 to October 2023. At Nice Healthcare, they were responsible for setting up gradle-based spring boot monorepo, deploying infrastructure on AWS using Terraform, and configuring Datadog APM, Monitoring, and Logging. From December 2017 to January 2022, Ben worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Foodsby, where they built and maintained Spring Boot based services and developed a payment system for restaurants. Ben started their career as a Software Engineering Intern at Maverick Software Consulting in May 2011, where they created an automation suite using Selenium and C# for various Thomson Reuters products. Ben also has experience as a Software Engineer at LeadPages and Thomson Reuters, as well as a Cook at Pizza Hut.

Ben Jongbloedt attended Minnesota State University, Mankato from 2008 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology.
