Wendy (Smyth) Silvius is a seasoned professional in the field of tax management with extensive experience across various companies. Currently, Wendy serves as the Client Activation Manager at TaxConnex™ since April 2022. Prior to this role, Wendy held positions such as Supervisor - Sales/Use Tax at Georgia-Pacific LLC from May 2010 to April 2022, and Tax Manager at GXS, Inc. from 2010 to 2011. Wendy also served as Tax Manager at Inovis, and as a Tax Accountant (Contract Employee) at RBS WorldPay, Inc. Other notable roles include Senior Tax Accountant at SunTrust Banks, Inc. from 2005 to 2009, and Implementations Manager at both Tax Partners and Thomson Reuters from 2002 to 2005. Wendy began a career as Tax Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1999 to 2002, showcasing depth in tax strategy and implementation over two decades.
