Ania Sofia Chandolia has a strong background in human resources and payroll management. Currently serving as the Senior People Operations Manager at Taxfix, Ania Sofia is responsible for overseeing payroll for 500 employees across multiple entities, as well as managing HRIS systems and data integration. Prior to this role, Ania Sofia held various HR positions at Atheneum, where Ania Sofia successfully managed HR operations in Germany and implemented people strategies with senior leadership. With a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Essex and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Ania Sofia brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to their current role.
