In 2008, Tony launched TaxForce Inc. to help organizations optimize their tax consulting talent and budgets using a just-in-time labor approach. Additionally, since 1999, Tony has led TaxTalent, a platform dedicated to providing timely data and support for tax professionals in their career advancement and departmental growth. Tony holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History from Oklahoma City University.
