Laura Handler

Laura Handler is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in driving transformation and strategic initiatives across organizations. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Sovos since September 2014, Laura has played a pivotal role in facilitating significant revenue and staff growth while enhancing employee engagement and fostering a mission-driven culture. Previous roles at Sovos include Finance Transformation Leadership and Business Unit General Manager, where Laura oversaw critical financial and operational upgrades, customer success initiatives, and regulatory analysis. Prior to Sovos, experience at Tocci Building Companies involved leading service design and strategy, along with establishing a consulting practice to streamline real estate project delivery. Laura holds an MBA from Bentley University and a BS from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
