Lisanne Valks has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2020, they joined TaxModel International as the Manager of the TPNext team. Their responsibilities include ensuring operational efficiency, meeting client deadlines, and maintaining compliance with local and OECD legislation. Lisanne is also involved in HR strategy and software solutions and automation projects.

Prior to TaxModel International, Lisanne worked at Quantera Global from 2017 to 2020. Initially, they served as an Analyst in Transfer Pricing, specializing in compliance activities. However, they gradually shifted towards more complex design and strategy advice for business restructurings, acquisitions, and intellectual property. Lisanne successfully delivered several projects, earning praise from clients.

Before joining Quantera Global, Lisanne gained practical experience in transfer pricing as a Junior Analyst during a three-month period. Their main responsibilities included performing functional and financial analysis, preparing TP documentation, and benchmark studies.

Additionally, Lisanne's work experience includes participating in the 2017 EUCOTAX Wintercourse conference as a representative of the Netherlands, working at PwC as a Working Student in the indirect tax department, conducting fiscal tax research as a committee member for the Technolease-project, and interning as a junior policy advisor at the Ministry of Finance.

Beyond their professional experience, Lisanne has taken leadership roles in various student organizations, such as serving as the President of the Fiscal Debate Committee at T.F.V. "De Smeetskring," organizing the Tax Business Week committee, and being the Chairman of TSBV Sauron, the Tilburgse Studenten Badmintonvereniging. Lisanne also served as the Chairman of the BExcursion 2014, a temporary committee responsible for organizing a two-day trip for first and second-year Business Economics students at Tilburg University.

Lisanne Valks attended Lorentz Casimir Lyceum from 2006 to 2012, where they obtained their vwo degree with a focus in gymnasium. Following this, they enrolled in Tilburg University from 2012 to 2015 and pursued a Bachelor of Science in Fiscale Economie. Lisanne continued their studies at Tilburg University from 2015 to 2017, completing a Master of Science in Fiscale Economie with a specialization in indirect taxation and another Master of Science in Fiscale Economie.
