Anthony Agi

Anthony Agi has a diverse work experience primarily in customer service and management roles. Anthony started their career in 2006 as an Environmental/Housekeeping Supervisor at Hilton Worldwide, where they supervised room attendants and coordinated work activities among departments. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Food Producer at ARAMARK, overseeing employee performance and ensuring quality control in the assembly line process. In 2010, they also began working as a Hotel Night Manager/Auditor at the University of Houston Hilton, responsible for managing night operations and auditing hotel accounts.

Anthony then transitioned to a role as a Resident Assistant at American Campus Communities from 2011 to 2013, where they supervised a residence hall, responded to resident requests and emergencies, and communicated with Residence Life administrators. In 2014, Anthony worked as a Front Office Supervisor at Hilton Americas, Houston, assisting the Front Office Manager in daily operations and supporting front desk agents.

From 2014 to 2019, they worked as a Lead Concierge at First Service Property Management, managing evening activities and conflicts, scheduling shifts, maintaining cleanliness and security, and representing the property professionally. In 2020, Anthony worked as an Auction Coordinator at Auction.com, coordinating auctions and managing logistics.

More recently, they joined TaxSlayer in 2021 as a Customer Support Specialist and Consumer Engagement Analyst, providing support and analyzing customer engagement. In 2022, they started working as a Medical Billing Specialist at Agi Agi Global and Geopolitical.

Throughout their work history, Anthony has demonstrated strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to handle various responsibilities in fast-paced environments.

Anthony Agi has a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Houston, which they obtained from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2004, they attended Madonna University, where they earned a Bsc degree in Public Administration. In addition to their degrees, Anthony Agi also holds additional certifications, including a Medical Billing Specialist certification from the US Career Institute, which they obtained in September 2022, and a TABC certification from the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission, which they obtained in December 2012.
