Brandi Bailey

Brandi Bailey has a diverse work experience history. In 2002, they began their career as a Cryptologic Linguist Interpretive/Persian-Farsi for the US Navy, a role they held until 2004. From 2005 to 2008, they worked as a freelance Arts Writer for Metropolitan Spirit (newspaper) and Augusta Lounge (magazine). In 2009, they became a Shift Manager at Boll Weevil Cafe, leaving the position in 2013. From 2018 to 2019, Brandi worked at TaxSlayer, LLC as an Affiliate Support. In 2018, they also became the Website Content Manager for Chrisbaileyart.com. Brandi then transitioned to a Customer Support Specialist role at TaxSlayer, LLC in 2019, and later became a Training and Engagement Specialist in 2020, a position they currently hold.

Brandi Bailey completed their Master of Arts (MA) degree in Human Services/Business from Liberty University in 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in History from the same university, graduating in 2017. In 2003, Brandi attended the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center, where they studied Iranian/Persian Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics. In terms of certifications, they obtained the following: Instructional Design: Adult Learners, Instructional Design: Storyboarding, Instructional Design Essentials: Models of ID, and Instructional Design: Needs Analysis from LinkedIn in 2022. Additionally, they obtained a Serv Safe certification in 2011, but the institution is unknown.
