Greg Thomas has extensive experience in the software industry, particularly in user-centered omnichannel customer experiences and product management. Greg has worked as the Director of User Experience at TaxSlayer since 2018, where they established the UX practice, improved the software development lifecycle, and collaborated with senior leaders in the company. Greg has also worked at Walgreens as the Manager of Mobile User Experience & Service Design and held various roles in user experience at Peapod, Givt.com, and Motorola Mobile Devices. Greg has a background in project management and web development, having worked as an Associate Product Manager/Interaction Designer at Legacy.com and as a Project Manager at TMP Worldwide. Greg's experience also includes teaching as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Miami. Overall, they have expertise in product design, innovation strategy, website design, user interface, mobile apps, technology, and retail environment design.
Greg Thomas has a diverse educational background. In 1995, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing at Butler University - Lacy School of Business, which they attended until 1999. Afterward, in 2009, they pursued a Masters of Human Computer Interaction at DePaul University and successfully obtained the degree in 2012. Most recently, in 2018, Greg attended the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business for Executive Education in Product Management.
