Abdelhalim Oubernine

Abdelhalim OUBERNINE has a strong background in finance and management. Abdelhalim started their career as a Responsable Financier et Administratif at Maghreb Leasing Algerie in 2007 and held the position until 2014. Afterwards, they joined Citibank Algeria as a Deputy CFO from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, they joined IMMOBIS as a Directeur Financier and later took on the role of Directeur Général Par Intérim, where they were responsible for defining the development strategy for various real estate sectors. Since 2018, Abdelhalim has been serving as the Director of Finance at TAYAL SPA L'Algérienne des Industries Textiles.

Abdelhalim OUBERNINE completed their education in the field of finance. From 2000 to 2004, they attended Universite de Sétif, where they earned a Bachelor's degree (LICENCE) in Finance. Following this, they pursued further education at ISGP ALGER from 2004 to 2006, obtaining a Master's degree (MASTER 2) in Finances. In addition to their academic achievements, Abdelhalim also obtained a certification in Financial Auditing from Cabinet d'Expertise Comptable in September 2004.
