Ashley Lapido

Ashley Lapido is the CEO and Founder of Lapido + Co, where leadership has focused on transforming project management and communication processes to enhance operational efficiency and client engagement since August 2021. Previous experience includes significant roles at RH, where Ashley served as an Associate in Customer Experience and as Gallery Project Coordinator, overseeing customer service operations and VIP interior design projects, respectively. Ashley has also excelled as an Account Executive at Setter, generating considerable sales and ensuring high account retention rates. Early career experience includes positions at Meadowood Napa Valley, InteractiveID Inc., Touchjet, and Parkridge Health System, where Ashley developed marketing strategies and managed social media initiatives. Ashley holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations from Southern Adventist University, completed in 2016.
