Kiley Buckner

Kiley Buckner, PHR, SHRM-CP has a strong background in human resources, with experience ranging from internships to managerial positions. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Auburn University, Kiley has worked in various HR roles, including HR Representative, HR Manager, and currently serves as People & Culture Director at Taylor Engineering. Throughout their career, Kiley has been involved in activities such as revising job descriptions, conducting employment interviews, and creating performance evaluations. In addition to their HR experience, Kiley has also worked in administrative and customer service roles, showcasing their diverse skill set.
