Glen Wolff

Glen Wolff is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the musical instrument industry. Currently serving as Customer Service Manager at Taylor Guitars since March 1998, Glen began the journey at the company in the repair shop before transitioning to customer service after two years of hands-on experience. Prior to joining Taylor Guitars, Glen worked as Senior Guitar Tech at Carvin from April 1992 to March 1998, where responsibilities included performing final inspections on instruments and overseeing repairs. Glen also holds a Certificate of Completion in Lean Enterprise from San Diego State University, earned in 2013.
