Michelle Peterson

Michelle Peterson serves as the Learning Management System Administrator at Taylor Guitars, where responsibilities include supporting LMS activities, facilitating end-user training, and managing system functionality across two learning sites. Previously, Michelle held various roles at San Diego State University, including Learning Technologies Manager, where oversight of staff and project management took place, and Coordinator of Faculty Resources, providing logistical support and training for faculty on academic technologies. Additional experience encompasses positions in social media management and public relations at Comic-Con International, along with roles in customer service and supervision in retail settings. Michelle possesses a Master's degree in Learning Design & Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from San Diego State University.
