Randy Young

Randy Young is an experienced Tooling Manager currently employed at Taylor Guitars since April 2021. Previously, Randy served as Area Manager for Stamping, Toolroom, and Deburr at DRiV Incorporated from September 2019 to January 2021, and held the position of Tooling Engineer at McGregor Metalworking Companies/Ohio Stamping and Machine from October 2016 to April 2019. Randy's extensive career began at Darke Precision, Inc. where, from July 1984 to July 2016, responsibilities included managing operations, quoting new work, purchasing equipment, and overseeing tool design and fabrication. Randy holds a Certificate in Machine Tool Technology/Machinist from Montgomery County JVS.
